BIG TWAN BEATZ

Beat Licensing Agreement & Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

This Beat Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Big Twan BeatZ (“Producer”) and the purchaser (“Artist” or “Buyer”) upon purchase of any instrumental, beat, or license from this website.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any beat from Big Twan BeatZ, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All beats/instrumentals remain the sole property and copyrighted material of Big Twan BeatZ unless Exclusive Rights are purchased.

Non-exclusive licenses grant limited usage rights only and do not transfer ownership of the instrumental.

2. MP3 LEASE LICENSE — $65

The MP3 Lease License includes:

High-quality MP3 audio file
Non-exclusive usage rights
Commercial use permitted
Distribution on streaming platforms permitted
Music video usage permitted
Live performance usage permitted

Restrictions

Buyer may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat.
Buyer may not claim ownership of the instrumental.
Buyer may not register the beat with YouTube Content ID or any fingerprinting system.
Producer retains full copyright ownership.

3. PREMIUM LEASE LICENSE — $150

The Premium Lease License includes:

Tag-free WAV audio file
Full trackout stems
Non-exclusive usage rights
Commercial use permitted
Streaming platform distribution permitted
Professional mixing and mastering permitted
Music video usage permitted
Live performance usage permitted

Restrictions

Buyer may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat.
Buyer may not claim ownership of the instrumental.
Buyer may not register the beat with YouTube Content ID or similar systems.
Producer retains full copyright ownership.

4. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS LICENSE — $300

The Exclusive Rights License includes:

Exclusive ownership rights to the instrumental
WAV file and trackout stems
Beat removed from the Big Twan BeatZ store upon purchase
Full commercial usage rights
Unlimited distribution and monetization rights

Important Notes

Previous non-exclusive license holders may retain rights obtained before the Exclusive purchase.
Exclusive Rights transfer exclusive usage rights but do not transfer Producer authorship credit.

5. CREDIT REQUIREMENT

Buyer agrees to properly credit the Producer in all commercial releases where reasonably possible using the following format:

“Prod. by Big Twan BeatZ”

Credits should appear on:

Streaming platforms
YouTube descriptions
Social media posts
Album credits where applicable

6. PROHIBITED USES

Buyer may NOT:

Resell the beat as their own
Use the beat in unlawful or defamatory content
Register the instrumental with Content ID systems without written permission
Transfer or sublicense the license to another party

7. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once files have been delivered.

8. PRODUCER RIGHTS

Big Twan BeatZ reserves the right to:

Use the instrumental for promotional purposes
Display purchased songs in portfolios or social media promotions
Enforce copyright ownership where necessary

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing, downloading, or using any beat from Big Twan BeatZ, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed in this Agreement.
